Road Signs

The new Shopathy road signs are a credit to local man Gavin Dooley, whose sign manufacturing business is based in the Enterprise Centre and also to the Athy Town Council members namely Joe Boland, Brian O'Gorman and Diarmuid Donohue, who have been a great help to us in the erecting and finding new sites for them.

Of the 7 approach roads into Athy, we currently have 4 signs alerting the public to the ShopAthy campaign. We hope to have the rest installed very soon.
